With fall and back-to-school right around the corner, color palettes begin to cool. Within the next few weeks, we turn our backs on energetic neons and indie, tribal prints to make room for this imminent seasonal shift. While for me this always serves a great stepping stone to wrap myself in over-sized sweaters and black ankle pants, I will be sure to not go back to black…(however alluring it may be) and play with the cooler colors once the temperatures drop. What colors and styles should you keep an eye on? Slate gray, steel blue, earth green, rich navy, moto denim, and plum. Expect these colors to layer beautifully and color block consistently throughout the season.
